2.1 Withdrawal and Refund Based on Timing

Students may request a partial refund of tuition fees based on the timing of their withdrawal from the program, according to the following schedule:

• - Withdrawal immediately after registration: 75% refund of the paid tuition fees.

• - Withdrawal within the first week: 50% refund of the paid tuition fees.

• - Withdrawal within the second week: 25% refund of the paid tuition fees.

• - Withdrawal after the second week: No refund of tuition fees.

2.2 Full Refund

A full refund of tuition fees may be requested in the following cases:

• - Program Cancellation: If the university cancels the program that the student is enrolled in before the course begins.

• - University Closure: If the university permanently closes.

2.3 Non-Refundable Fees

Administrative fees, registration fees, or any other fees related to processing requests are non-refundable. Additionally, no refunds are available after the program has commenced.

2.4 Research-Based Postgraduate Programs

For research-based postgraduate programs, which commence immediately upon registration, refunds are not available except in the following cases:

• - Program Cancellation: If the university cancels the program.

• - University Closure: If the university permanently closes.
