Please note that all fees related to financial transactions (such as PayPal fees, bank transfer fees, and Western Union fees) are the responsibility of the student. The university records only the amount received in its account in GBP, regardless of any additional costs incurred by the student during the transfer process.

Payment Guidelines:

Processing Times for Transfers: Financial transfers require processing time. Please note that these processes may take several business days depending on the bank and the chosen payment method.

How to Submit Payment Notification: Upon completing the transfer, students or beneficiaries must submit a payment notification through the student portal by following these steps:

  1. Log in to the student portal using your username and password.

  2. Select the financial services section or the section dedicated to financial transfers.

  3. Fill out the payment notification form with required information, such as the recipient account number, transfer amount, and payment details.

  4. You may be asked to upload a transfer receipt or a copy of it to confirm the transaction.

How to Submit Payment Notification via Student Portal:

To complete a money transfer and submit a payment notification, please follow these steps:

  1. Log In: Log in to the student portal using your username and password.

  2. Navigate to Personal Page: After logging in, go to your personal student page.

  3. Access Financial Accounts: Locate the "Financial Accounts" section or click on its dedicated icon.

  4. Select "Top Up Your Balance": Choose the option "Top Up Your Balance" or any similar process available in the options menu.

  5. Choose Direct Payment: Select direct payment as your preferred payment method.

  6. Specify Transfer Amount: Specify the transfer amount in British Pounds (GBP) and enter the required transfer details. ((No matter what type of currency you converted))

  7. Upload Transfer Notification: After completing the required information, upload the transfer notification through the portal and make sure to upload a receipt or a copy of it.

  8. Confirm Payment: Upon receipt of the transfer notification, the university's financial support team will verify and process the transfer. Payment confirmation and crediting your account will be done after verifying the provided information.
