is a Lebanese-British national with a State Doctorate in Public Law from Beirut Arab University, focusing on the distribution of jurisdiction between judiciary and administrative courts. She has been a faculty member at the Lebanese University’s Faculty of Law and Political Science since 2010, supervising master’s research and participating in discussion committees. Dr. Abdul Hay teaches various legal subjects and holds positions as Vice President of the Arab Arbitration Authority and an editorial board member of the International Arbitration Journal. She has coordinated several international legal conferences and published numerous studies and legal works. She is fluent in Arabic, French, and English.

Dr. Musab Alshikh Wis | Syria

”is a civil society activist with over fifty years of experience. He served as the General Manager of the Lebanese Software Industry Association from 2009 to 2012 and is currently an advisor and expert for the association. He holds multiple positions, including Secretary of the Michel Abu Joudeh Foundation, Head of Public Relations for the Lebanese International Business Council, and lecturer at several Lebanese universities. He is a member of the Industry Committee at AUST and has received numerous honors, including the Lebanese Army Medal and the Internal Security Forces Medal. Prof. Dr. Nimer Mansour Freiha holds a Master's degree in Political Science and a Ph.D. in Education (Curriculum and Citizenship Education) from Stanford University, USA, earned in 1985. He served as the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities at NDU University in Lebanon, then was appointed as the President of the Educational Center for Research and Development (1999-2002). Following this, he worked as a Curriculum Advisor at the Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman and was later appointed as the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at Dhofar University, also in Oman. Prof. Freiha has collaborated with various international organizations on curriculum and educational project evaluations. He has supervised PhD students at the Doctoral Institute - Lebanese University and is currently supervising PhD students in Education at Saint Joseph University in Beirut. He became a member of the "Quality Assurance Council" in the International Association of Universities and was recently appointed as the President of the University of Excellence in Beirut.

He has authored numerous publications in the fields of education, literature, and politics.

Professor Howaida Turk currently serves as the Governor of Nabatieh District in Lebanon. She previously held the position of District Commissioner of the Jezzine area and is also the Director of the Institute of Social Sciences, Branch Five, at the Lebanese University. Professor Turk holds a PhD in Social Sciences and has defended her professional public law dissertation titled "Public Procurement Between Law and Practical Implementation in Local Lebanese Authorities," achieving a grade of "Very Good."
